Terminations are always difficult. With our tried and tested approach, we successfully support your affected employees in their professional reorientation. Our support is based on individual counselling, training, systematic job hunting and networking. Group Outplacement

In the case of larger waves of redundancies or mass layoffs, numerous steps of an outplacement can be carried out in a group format. Our proven group outplacement approach enables us to successfully guide entire groups of affected clients through career reorientation. Group outplacement consists of a variety of workshops and trainings and is complemented by individual counselling sessions and various tools. This combination of differing formats enables us to also address the personal needs and goals of each client individually, even within the group format. We accompany groups of all sizes through the process and are also happy to work with a local job centre for larger groups.

Downsizing

Due to changed conditions and associated restructuring, staff reductions may occur. Such projects are very complex in terms of project management, communication and organisation. That is why we not only support the affected employees through outplacement, but also assist you with the project management. Our project approach includes all services relevant for a successful project; such as change management, communication planning, resilience training, training for redundancy interviews with line managers and HR professionals, on-site support and job centre solutions as well as additional support for the employees.
