Outplacement Statistics 2023

We have analysed our labour market data for the whole of last year 2023 and provided the new statistics. After the years 2021 and 2022 were dominated by economic growth after coronavirus, the labour market returned to normal somewhat in 2023.

Major study on the Swiss labour market 2023: “Contradictions in the Swiss labour market”

von Rundstedt collaborated with HR Today to examine eight controversial labour market issues in this year’s labour market survey. “There are phenomena in the Swiss labour market that are obviously contradictory and not easy to understand” says von Rundstedt CEO Pascal Scheiwiller. The study is based on an extensive survey in which 1,907 HR managers and executives throughout Switzerland participated.

Survey “Contradictions in the Swiss labour market”

von Rundstedt is once again conducting a major labour market study in 2023 together with HR Today. The theme of this year’s study is the contradictions and dilemmas in the labour market. Markets usually function according to clear and rational rules. In liberal Switzerland, we believe in principle that imbalances only appear temporarily and that markets regulate themselves.

Outplacement Statistics 2022

We have already analysed our labour market data from the whole of last year 2022 and provided the new statistics. The year 2022, like 2021, was all about economic growth according to Corona.

Industry Benchmark Matrix 2022

We have been eagerly awaiting the analysis and evaluation of our labour market figures from last year 2021. These figures are entirely dominated by COVID-19. The effects of the pandemic and the associated tensions on the Swiss labour market are more than palpable. This barometer impressively shows the manifold consequences of COVID-19 and compares the values with the two previous years.

Survey “Talent Shortage”

von Rundstedt is once again conducting a major labour market study in 2022 together with HR Today. The topic of this year’s study is the shortage of skilled workers in Switzerland: an issue with early demographic notice and often home-grown structural problems that is picking up steam again in the post-Corona growth spurt.

Outplacement Statistics 2021

We have been eagerly awaiting the analysis and evaluation of our labour market figures from last year 2021. These figures are entirely dominated by COVID-19. The effects of the pandemic and the associated tensions on the Swiss labour market are more than palpable. This barometer impressively shows the manifold consequences of COVID-19 and compares the values with the two previous years.
