You have to manage a restructuring process including a large number of redundancies, lay-offs or redeployments. GROUP OUTPLACEMENT

You need to dismiss and release a group of people at the same time. We can provide outplacement services in a group set up. We have a proven best practice approach how to help and manage the career transition of numbers of staff in a group set up. Group outplacement consists of a number of workshops and training sessions complemented with a couple of individual sessions and tools. Content and training are provided in group formats while the individual specification of contents can be carried out in individual deep-dive meetings. There is no limitation of such group projects. With larger groups we can run on-site jobcentres. Group outplacement can be provided for white and blue collar target groups.
