WHO ARE WE?

In the fast and ever changing business environment plus the agile employment market in Switzerland, outplacement and career transition services have become a key success factor. However, the conventional outplacement approach that focuses on career coaching only is no longer effective and successful. In 2014, a group of experienced and innovative outplacement professionals founded von Rundstedt Switzerland. Created  with the clear intention of developing and offering a more effective and market driven career transition approach which, at its core, is based on networking and community building. This intent includes a variety of additional tools and services and that ultimately maximise the impact for the client. We fully commit to caring for all our clients, we offer unlimited services and go the proverbial extra mile for them. We are only happy when our clients have achieved their target. Today, after only a few years in operation, von Rundstedt is already the leading outplacement and career services provider in Switzerland; with locations in Basel, Bellinzona, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Lugano, Lucerne, St. Gall, Zug and Zurich and employing over 80 consultants, job market experts and other career professionals.

von Rundstedt Switzerland is a joint venture with the von Rundstedt group based in Germany. The group has been providing career development and related services to companies and individuals since 1985. With 27 locations and about 400 staff, von Rundstedt is the leading provider in the DACH region. In addition, as a founding member of the Career Star Group, the world’s largest career transition organisation, von Rundstedt is also able to serve and connect their customers and clients globally.

Pascal Scheiwiller is responsible for the overall management and the organisational development of von Rundstedt Switzerland. As CEO, he is also in charge of all press relations in German-speaking Switzerland.

Klaus Uhl is responsible for the von Rundstedt business in German-speaking Switzerland managing the offices in Zurich, Basel, Zug, Lucerne and Berne.
